2. You retain us exclusively
By engaging us on a retained basis, you guarantee a dedicated consultant and priority service. We won’t be competing with other agencies, so the whole process becomes more focused and efficient.


3. A portion of the fee is paid upfront
This covers the research phase and allows us to commit fully to the search. The remaining fee is only paid when the candidate starts.


4. We conduct deep market mapping and proactive outreach
