What do candidates need when applying for a role?
Before we can discuss opportunities in detail, we’ll need a copy of your CV and portfolio (ideally no larger than 8MB). For support positions a CV is required.
How does working with a recruiter work?
We take the time to understand what you’re really looking for from career direction and salary expectations to working patterns and project type. We’ll give you a clear picture of who’s hiring in the market and represent you to those companies. Our service is completely free for candidates, and we support and represent you throughout the entire process.

What roles do you recruit for?
We recruit from Board level to graduate for Architects, Interior Designers, BIM and digital specialist (including BIM coordinators, BIM Managers and Digital Managers), Technician / Technologists, Project Managers, Landscape Architects, and studio support functions.
Do you recruit Town Planners?
No. Our name refers to planning your career and recruitment strategy, not town planning roles.
Do you offer permanent or contract roles?
Our primary focus is permanent recruitment, though we also support fixed-term contract roles where required.
Are roles fully remote?
Fully remote roles are rare. Most clients require some office presence, with hybrid working being common.
Is my job search confidential?
Yes. All candidate information is handled in strict confidence, and we never submit CVs without permission.
Where do you recruit?
We recruit across the UK, with a strong London focus, and internationally in Ireland, Dubai, and the US.
How long does the recruitment process take?
Timelines vary, but we provide transparency and regular updates throughout your search.
What are your office hours?
Our UK and US phone lines are open Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm.
