– Residential Projects

This role is ideal for a technically accomplished professional looking to take on a senior leadership position within a collaborative and supportive studio environment.
The Role
As Technical Lead, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the technical delivery of projects, ensuring quality, coordination, and compliance across multiple schemes. You will work closely with project teams, clients, and consultants while guiding and mentoring colleagues to maintain high technical standards throughout delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the technical delivery of residential and UK-based projects across multiple teams
- Oversee and coordinate projects primarily across RIBA Stages 3–5
- Review, mark up, and manage project information using Revit
- Provide technical guidance and quality assurance across projects
- Act as a key client-facing representative of the practice
- Lead project teams and support delivery across multiple live schemes
- Mentor and develop junior and mid-level staff members
- Coordinate with consultants and contractors to ensure efficient project delivery
Requirements
- Fully qualified ARB-registered Architect or qualified Architectural Technologist
- Relevant degree or equivalent professional qualification
- Minimum 5+ years’ professional experience
- Extensive experience delivering residential or UK-based projects
- Strong background working across RIBA Stages 3–5
- Proficiency in Revit, including reviewing and marking up project models
- Excellent understanding of UK regulations and technical standards
- Proven leadership and team management experience
- Strong client-facing experience with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and lead teams effectively
