Role Overview
:
Join a renowned AJ100 practice in London as a Technical Architect! You'll be instrumental in guiding projects from concept to construction, ensuring designs are both functional and compliant with regulations.
Key Responsibilities
:
- Collaborate with project leads to support design development.
- Ensure compliance with building regulations and material specifications.
- Lead detailed design and production within Revit.
- Coordinate design information in a BIM environment (Revit/Navisworks).
- Liaise with consultants during detailed design stages.
- Address practical design aspects related to performance and functionality.
- Evaluate and advise on environmental, legal, and regulatory issues.
Essential Skills
:
- Minimum 5 years as a Technical Architect, proficient in Revit.
- Experience working on at least two of the following project sectors: community, education, healthcare, workplace, transport & infrastructure and residential
- Experience with medium/large-scale projects and NBS specifications.
- Strong organization, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of UK regulations and commitment to ongoing technical skill development.
