They need someone with 12+ years of project management experience and a strong track record delivering corporate interiors for commercial real estate clients.

What you'll do
- Lead multiple projects of varying scale from initiation through construction, in low, mid and high rise buildings
- Own the commercial side of each project, from scope narratives, fee proposals and schedules to subconsultant agreements and additional service requests
- Prepare bid documents for general contractors and furniture dealers, then lead bid leveling
- Run weekly in person team meetings, set work plans and keep the team on schedule and on budget
- Act as the day to day lead for clients, contractors, consultants and regulatory agencies
- Oversee QA/QC on construction documents and manage cost estimates against the design budget
- Help shape studio processes and standards, and support business development through proposals and client interviews
What you'll bring
- 12+ years managing interior design or architecture projects
- A bachelor's degree or higher in interior design or architecture
- Demonstrable corporate workplace experience and a clear understanding of commercial real estate objectives
- Experience across every phase from programming and space planning through FF&E, CDs and construction
- Proven ownership of project fees, budgets and profitability
- Working knowledge of California building, fire and accessibility codes for interior environments
- Strong Microsoft 365 and MS Project skills, with Revit and Adobe Creative Suite a real plus
- Comfortable collaborating in Mural and working within a Citrix environment
- Hands on LEED or WELL project experience is a real plus
- NCIDQ or California RA, plus LEED or WELL accreditation, strongly preferred
- A natural mentor who leads with calm, clear communication
The package
- $125,000 to $145,000 base, depending on experience
- Medical, dental and vision coverage
- 401(k) plus pre tax FSA for medical, childcare and commuting costs
- Generous PTO and paid holidays
- Employee stock ownership after your first year
- Hybrid working, with regular in person time in the studio and on site
