This role requires a dynamic individual with strong communication and people skills, a proven track record in managing design teams, and proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit, along with familiarity in modeling and rendering software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage architectural projects from conception through completion, ensuring all project objectives are met.
- Collaborate closely with design teams, providing direction and oversight to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Develop and maintain project proposals, contract agreements, and invoicing, ensuring all contractual obligations are met.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring efficient and effective project delivery.
- Mentor and develop junior staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies, to ensure project success.
- Utilize and manage AutoCAD and Revit for project design and documentation.
- Apply knowledge of modeling and rendering software to support project visualization and presentation needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
- 15 years of architectural experience, with a focus on retail, hospitality, and building amenity/repositioning projects.
- Proven experience working with design teams and managing project lifecycles.
- Strong experience in developing proposals, contract agreements, and handling invoicing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit; familiarity with modeling and rendering software.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team towards achieving project goals.
- Ambition to grow into a Studio Director role, demonstrating strategic vision and leadership potential.
