My client, a boutique architecture and interiors studio, is seeking a Senior Project Architect or Associate
to lead high-end residential projects and act as a technical authority within the team.
The Role
- Lead projects end-to-end across RIBA Stages 2–5
- Drive design development, coordination, and technical delivery
- Act as a studio-wide technical lead, supporting and guiding colleagues
- Review drawing packages and lead Stage 3 & 4 QA
- Represent the studio in client meetings
- Provide input during construction and respond to site queries
About You
- Strong technical expertise across RIBA Stages 3–5
- Confident, proactive decision-maker
- Excellent detailing and coordination skills
- Comfortable reviewing and challenging work
- 6–12 years’ experience, ideally in high-end residential (London)
- Listed buildings experience desirable
