This role offers the opportunity to be involved in all phases of design projects—from initial site survey through to final installation—working closely with the Principal in a collaborative, supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and contribute to all phases of residential design projects
- Design development and full FF&E specification
- Project management and coordination with vendors, consultants, and clients
- Produce and execute a complete set of construction documents in AutoCAD
- Develop detailed millwork drawings and specifications
Qualifications
- Degree in Interior Design
- 8–10+ years of high-end residential design experience
- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD (full construction document sets required)
- Strong millwork design and detailing experience
- Studio Designer knowledge a plus
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently
- Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills
