Responsibilities:
- Concept design and delivery.
- Previous experience working on hotel projects from conception through to completion.
- Manage junior interior designers.
- Client presentations and client management.
- Design review and feedback.
- Ability to always meet deadlines and budgets.
- Working with clients and colleagues on rendering, CAD drawings, etc.
Key criteria:
- Attested Degree in Interior Design.
- Minimum 5 years experience as a mid level or Senior Interior Designer (10+) working on high end hospitality projects in recent years with a developer, design consultancy or architectural practice. UAE projects experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in English. (Reading, writing, speaking).
- Ability to always meet deadlines and adhere to budgets.
- Able to join immediately or maximum one month
