The successful candidate will oversee the entire construction project life cycle in education, residential and commercial sectors. You will manage teams working on different stages of the project and showcase strong technical abilities as well as i
nnovative thinking.
The successful candidate will possess:
- ACIAT chartership.
- Strong technical skills.
- 5+ years post qualification experience.
- Experience leading projects.
- Proficiency in the use of Revit
- Experience in delivering architectural projects under traditional and design & build routes.
- Experience in a client facing role/project
- Be a team player
- Experience of all RIBA Plan of Work stages from concept to completion.
