Senior Architect – Heritage & Conservation – London
Representing our client, a leading architectural consultancy, we’re seeking a Senior Architect
to join their London team. You’ll take the lead on high-profile heritage and conservation projects across all RIBA stages, helping to shape the future of some of the UK’s most treasured buildings.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned architect to step into a key role within a respected and collaborative team, delivering projects that make a real impact.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead heritage and conservation projects through all RIBA work stages.
- Manage project teams and coordinate with engineers, consultants, and contractors.
- Guide the technical and design development of listed and historic buildings.
- Provide expert advice on conservation best practices and heritage legislation.
- Foster strong client relationships and contribute to business development.
What We’re Looking For:
- ARB registered with significant post-Part 3 experience, ideally 5+ years.
- 5+ years’ UK residency (SC clearance required).
- Strong proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and NBS.
- Demonstrated experience in the conservation of listed buildings.
- Strategic thinker with a passion for heritage, strong problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with a collaborative mindset.
