Our client is seeking a Senior Architect
with a minimum of 3 years PQE and at least 1 year of experience working on aviation projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead aviation projects from concept to completion, acting as the main point of contact.
- Coordinate design, manage teams, and ensure the integration of MEP, structural, and interior elements.
- Oversee project documentation, planning, building control, and client communication.
- Ensure projects meet targets and maintain a robust audit trail for key decisions.
- Drive design reviews, manage internal audits, and uphold quality control across all stages.
What You’ll Bring:
- 3+ years PQE, including 1+ year on aviation schemes.
- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD .
- Strong technical expertise and knowledge of construction regulations.
