They are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of architects, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
- Oversee the design and development of large-scale, high-end hospitality and residential projects.
- Collaborate with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met and exceeded.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure successful project delivery.
- Utilize strong technical knowledge and proficiency in Revit to develop detailed drawings and documentation.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to design intent and quality standards.
- Provide innovative design solutions and recommendations to enhance project outcomes.
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment within the team.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulations to ensure compliance and innovation.
- Act as a key point of contact for clients and project stakeholders, addressing concerns and providing updates as needed.
Candidate criteria:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 12-15 years of experience in architecture, with at least 5 years of UAE experience working on large-scale, high-end hospitality and residential projects.
- Proficiency in Revit and other relevant design software.
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
- Proven experience leading and managing a team.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality design and execution.
- Flexibility to travel to project sites as needed.
- UAE driving license is essential.
