Key Qualifications

- A minimum of 5 years or more of post-qualification experience.
- Strong design skills that showcase your creativity.
- Technical Expertise Excellent technical knowledge to deliver large complex commercial schemes.
- Job Running abilities: Particularly in the industrial and commercial sectors.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in AutoCAD, BREEAM, the UK Planning Process, and UK Building Regulations.
- Client Interaction: Excellent client-facing skills to build strong relationships.
- Team Player: The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team to bring projects from concept to completion.
