An established, multidisciplinary design practice with a strong healthcare portfolio including hospitals, ambulatory care and specialty clinical environments, is looking for a Senior Architect III to lead complex projects and cross-office teams from concept through construction close-out.
One position but three possible bases; Boise, Denver or Sacramento.
Role Responsibilities include:
- Design and technical delivery on complex healthcare projects, owning scope, schedule, budget, and QA/QC from concept through construction administration
- Multidisciplinary coordination and clinical stakeholder engagement, including Infection Control Risk Assessments (ICRA)
- Client relationships, team mentorship, and contributions to proposals and business development
Role Requirements:
- Licensed Architect, 10+ years leading complex projects, fluent in FGI Guidelines, CMS, Joint Commission, and NFPA 99/101
- Proven healthcare project experience (hospitals, ambulatory care, or specialty clinical work) and multidisciplinary team leadership
- Proficiency in Revit and/or AutoCAD
- Nice to have: ACHA certification, healthcare master planning/BD experience,
- LEED/BIM/IPD knowledge, Bluebeam and Adobe suite
