What Our Client is looking For:
✅ ARB Part 3 qualified (or equivalent), with 6+ years’ experience as a Project Architect in the UK
✅ Proven track record working across all RIBA stages
✅ Strong technical design and detailing skills
✅ Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and NBS software
✅ Excellent understanding of UK Building & Planning Regulations
✅ Confident in project management, contract administration, and financial oversight
✅ Leadership experience managing small to medium-sized teams
✅ Conservation experience – highly desirable
✅ Strong client-facing communication and collaboration skills
✅ Organised, proactive, and enthusiastic approach to work
