This role involves working on a diverse range of projects from intimate mews developments, exclusive apartments, and penthouses, to larger apartment buildings and mixed-use schemes valued between £1m and £40m.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and develop drawings, models, images, and technical documentation across all RIBA stages.
- Lead design and delivery phases, particularly RIBA stages 2, 3, and 4.
- Ensure high standards of design, detailing, and project execution.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years post Part 3 experience, preferably in residential design.
- Strong design ability with experience in detail/technical design and delivery.
- Proficient in InDesign, Photoshop, SketchUp, with rendering capabilities.
- Required skills in Revit and AutoCAD.
- Excellent graphic and 3D design abilities.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident and approachable, capable of working in client and contractor-facing roles.
- Experience in a small to medium UK-based practice, with a focus on residential or other high-specification designs (hotel, heritage, etc.).
