Our client, a consultancy in the heart of London, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Architect to lead a variety of rail projects, from new builds to station refurbishments and reconfigurations.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Leadership
Take charge of rail schemes from inception to completion. Your expertise will guide these projects through all stages, ensuring both innovative design and efficient delivery.
Design and Delivery
Apply your creativity and technical know-how in designing compelling solutions. You'll be responsible for the autonomous design and delivery of projects, maintaining high standards throughout.
Site Coordination
Conduct regular site visits, playing a pivotal role in overseeing construction activities and ensuring adherence to design specifications.
Collaborative Communication
Be the key liaison between clients and contractors, facilitating smooth communication and project progression.
Technical Proficiency
Proficiency in AutoCAD is a must, ensuring precision and efficiency in design processes.
Essential Qualifications
- ARB and/or RIBA registration is essential.
- A minimum of 5 years of post-Part 3 experience, with a proven track record in rail-related projects.
