The Role:
We are currently seeking a Project Lead with a minimum of 8+ years of experience and a strong background in RIBA stages 1-5. As a Project Lead, you will play a pivotal role in projects, taking ownership of the design and delivery process. We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in data centres, healthcare, aviation, mixed-use, or multi-residential schemes. You must have a deep understanding of BIM methodologies and international project experience. Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is essential.
Key Qualifications:
- Degree in Architecture or equivalent
- 8+ years of experience in Architecture, with a focus on RIBA stages 1-5
- Proven experience leading and delivering projects in the specified sectors
- Strong expertise in BIM methodologies
- International project experience
- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
