Their New York office, established in 2018, is expanding, and they are seeking experienced Project Architects
to contribute to their growth.
Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate creativity and technical proficiency in designing and translating concepts into professional documentation.
- Foster a collaborative and optimistic environment while working with team members.
- Assist senior team members in designing and developing projects, including detailed documentation.
- Assume responsibility for project scopes and segments with initiative and a proactive attitude.
- Lead coordination sessions and liaise with consultants effectively.
- Manage time efficiently to meet project deadlines.
- Embrace continuous learning and knowledge sharing within the team.
Qualifications:
- 8-10+ years of post-graduate professional experience spanning concept design to construction phases.
- Experience in Class-A large-scale residential developments or high-profile institutional projects.
- Excellent communication skills for effective client and consultant interactions.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, particularly in consultant coordination.
- Proficiency in technical detailing and understanding of US market materials, specifications, and construction processes.
- Familiarity with codes, regulations, and building authorities.
- Architectural license preferred, LEED accreditation desirable.
- Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, with knowledge of Grasshopper, Enscape, 3ds Max, Navisworks, Solibri, scripting, and programming preferred.
- Organized and adaptable to a growing office environment.
- MArch degree from a NAAB accredited institution.
- Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
