This is a key role for a confident job runner who thrives in a delivery-focused environment and enjoys the challenge of coordinating complex, high-quality schemes. You’ll be responsible for managing a project team, overseeing technical delivery, coordinating with consultants, and acting as the main point of contact for the client.
Requirements:
- ARB / RIBA or Overseas registered Architect with a minimum of 5 years post chartered experience
- Extensive experience delivering projects from Stage 4 onwards
- Strong coordination and team management skills
- Confident in client liaison and leading consultant teams
- Previous retrofit or refurbishment experience preferred
