The Role:
- Lead and mentor a team of architectural assistants and technicians.
- Inspire innovative and aspirational design solutions.
- Manage client relationships, fee proposals, and bids.
- Oversee project resourcing, programming, and financial forecasting.
- Deliver exceptional design, technical detailing, and on-site project management.
- Represent the practice at industry events and client meetings.
About You:
- ARB/RIBA qualified
with 5+ years
post-qualification experience.
- Proven expertise in retail projects
, working on schemes valued between £1M - £50M.
- Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office
.
- Confident in managing multi-disciplinary teams and delivering complex projects.
