Our client, an award-winning architectural practice, is in search of a dedicated Project Architect who thrives in managing projects from inception to completion.
Role Overview:
As a Project Architect, you will play a crucial role in managing relationships with clients, contractors, and consultants, ensuring seamless communication and project execution. Your expertise will be pivotal in leading one or multiple projects, fostering team collaboration and delivering outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead architectural projects through all stages, from initial design to completion.
- Manage and liaise with clients, contractors, and consultants effectively.
- Ensure high standards of project delivery while adhering to timelines and specifications.
- Provide mentorship and support to team members, promoting a collaborative team environment.
Qualifications:
- Registered with RIBA/ARB with a minimum of 3-10 years post-qualification experience.
- Proficient in job running and project management.
- Vectorworks proficiency is highly desirable; however, training is available if needed.
Location:-
This role is office-based in London, with requirements to attend sites as necessary, allowing for a perfect blend of in-office collaboration and on-site engagement.
