- Minimum 5 to 6 years’ post part 3 practice experience
- Experience working on small mews properties and high end apartments/penthouses
- Proven track record in project team management and delivery
- Exceptional design ability with a focus on high-quality bespoke detailing
- Strong technical knowledge and proficiency in technical design and delivery
- Excellent graphic skills and proficiency in 3D design
- Experience with AutoCAD and Revit is advantageous
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

Key Skills Required:
In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead a project team and oversee the design process from inception to completion. You will be responsible for preparing and developing drawings, images, and other documents related to project design and technical delivery across all RIBA stages.
