Key Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership: Lead and manage architectural projects from inception to completion, ensuring the highest standards of design and execution.
- Client Interaction: Demonstrate excellent client-facing skills, understanding their needs, and providing effective solutions. Maintain strong and positive client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
- Experience: Utilize your 5+ years of experience as a Project Architect to bring innovation and expertise.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD: Demonstrate a high level of proficiency in AutoCAD, ensuring accurate and efficient drafting and design work.
- Job Running Skills: Display strong job running skills, overseeing project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Architect.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential.
- Strong background in luxury high-end residential and commercial projects.
- Proven experience leading and managing architectural projects.
- Excellent client-facing skills with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic team environment.
