The Role:
As the Project Architect, your role is pivotal. You'll be the maestro directing the development of comprehensive working drawing sets across all design phases, utilizing your mastery of Revit and Rhino.
Your keen financial acumen will be essential as you review the client's construction budget, orchestrating the alignment of project documents with budget objectives.
Ensuring precision in both the technical and design aspects, you will meticulously scrutinize all work products before dissemination.
Adept in handling contracts, you'll oversee the project team's compliance with design deliverables. The management of Sub-Consultant deliverables and scopes of work will also fall within your domain.
Who We Seek:
- A connoisseur of construction methods and construction administration within the vibrant landscape of NYC.
- Experience in shaping Mixed-Use mid or high-rise developments, ideally with a robust background in NYC's multi-family residential and commercial sectors.
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and Excel.
- A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture.
- The prestigious title of Registered Architect is a must.
- A virtuoso at orchestrating the synergy among sub-consultants.
- Your ability to craft schedules and fee proposals is second to none.
- A commitment to technical excellence and an unwavering eye for detail.
