Key Details:
- Project Variety: You will be responsible for delivering a diverse range of projects, spanning from the refurbishment of listed buildings to the construction of modern schools and homes, including modern methods of construction and sustainable materials.
- Ownership and Leadership: As a Senior Architect, you will take ownership of one large or multiple smaller projects, working closely with clients, directors, and leading site visits. You will have the opportunity to play a pivotal role in the successful completion of projects.
Key Qualifications and Skills:
- ARB Registered Architect: You must be an ARB registered Architect with 5 to 10 years of post-qualified experience, showcasing your expertise in the field.
- Creativity: A creative Architect with a passion for working across all project stages, from concept design and feasibility to planning, technical delivery, and contract administration.
- Client-Facing : Demonstrate strong client-facing skills, with the ability to communicate your design concepts effectively and provide excellent project leadership.
- Mentorship: Exhibit strong communication and mentoring abilities to guide and inspire more junior staff members.
