Key Responsibilities:
- Lead high-end residential projects, ensuring seamless development from concept to completion.
- Collaborate with clients and teams to translate visions into innovative designs.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to meet all regulatory and quality standards.
- Create detailed drawings and manage multiple projects with high design standards.
Ideal Candidate:
- ARB registered architect with over 8 years of experience, including at least 4 years in luxury residential projects.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Vectorworks; Revit knowledge preferred (training available).
- Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.
