Architects of all levels will be considered, provided you can demonstrate strong design ability and delivery experience aligned with the role.

The Role

You will play a key role in the delivery of commercial office projects, working across a diverse portfolio including:

  • Commercial workplace developments

  • Listed building retrofit and refurbishment schemes

  • CAT A & CAT B office fit-outs

  • Design-led refurbishment and repositioning projects

  • The successful candidate will be confident leading projects through technical delivery stages while maintaining strong design quality from concept through completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support projects across RIBA Stages 0–7, with a strong focus on Stages 3–5

  • Develop coordinated technical packages and detailed design information

  • Collaborate closely with consultants, contractors, and internal design teams

  • Maintain high design standards throughout project delivery

  • Produce and oversee high-quality drawing and presentation outputs

Requirements

  • Qualified Architect with ARB registration (preferred)

  • Proven experience working on commercial office projects

  • Strong background in listed buildings, retrofit, and workplace fit-outs

  • Excellent technical knowledge and delivery experience at RIBA Stages 3–5

  • Working knowledge of all RIBA stages

  • Proficiency in Revit or MicroStation

  • A portfolio demonstrating outstanding design ability and beautifully presented imagery

  • Strong communication and coordination skills
