Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical expertise to actualise client visions, ensuring high-quality solutions are delivered.
- Collaborate closely with architects, consultants, and contractors.
- Conduct surveys, feasibility studies, risk assessments, and due diligence of design and construction information.
- Prepare comprehensive working drawing packages in Revit.
- Attend face-to-face client meetings, confidently representing our firm.
Requirements:
- Strong technical skills, with proficiency in Revit being essential.
- Minimum of 2 years' post-qualification experience.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a passion for embracing new and innovative ideas.
- Experience working on Residential, Education and Commercial projects essential.
- A strong work ethic with a collaborative approach, capable of meeting deadlines.
- Confidence in client and contractor interactions.
