The ideal candidate we're seeking is ambitious, dynamic, and creative, with a strong interest in traditional and/or classical design.
Key competencies include-
- Experience working on traditional, grade listed buildings
- Proficiency in drawing and presentation
- A keen eye for detail
- A solid understanding of building technologies and environmental design principles.
- Candidates should also be well organised with excellent time management skills, capable of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines effectively.
- You should also have good Revit knowledge (desired not essential)
- Must have UK work experience
Additionally, candidates who possess good people skills and are comfortable working both independently and collaboratively as part of a team, as well as strong communication skills, are essential for interacting with colleagues and clients alike. Flexibility is also important, as some travel within the UK may be required.
