This firm prides itself on creating luxurious and innovative designs that captivate and inspire. We are currently seeking a talented Midweight to Senior Interior Designer to become a part of their dynamic team.

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Project Leadership: Lead and manage a project team through all design stages: detailed concept, detailed design package, site and construction.
  • Design Support & Management: Provide support to Interior Designers, ensuring effective design management processes and implementation initiatives.
  • Design Integrity: Ensure the integrity of design solutions and bespoke detailing in technical documentation.
  • Business Development: Actively participate in new business development initiatives.
  • Project Supervision: Oversee the tracking of project files, drawing issues, and correspondence.

Skills & Experience:
  • Educational Background: Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Industry Experience: At least 7 years of experience, ideally in the hospitality sector.
  • Technical Proficiency: Skilled in AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, and SketchUp (knowledge of VRay or Nscape is advantageous).
  • Client Interaction: Strong client-facing and on-site experience.
  • Design Passion: A deep passion for Design, Architecture, Art, and innovation.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills with strong verbal and written capabilities.
  • Technical Drawings Expertise: Exceptional knowledge of technical drawings, able to oversee team documentation.
  • Hospitality Knowledge: Familiarity with hospitality, F&B operational requirements, and typical equipment.
  • MEP Knowledge: Strong understanding of MEP services and equipment requirements.
  • Consultant Coordination: Ability to mark up technical packages and coordinate with multidisciplinary consultants.
  • Graphic Skills: High-quality graphic and representational skills.
