You will work mainly on commercial workplace projects, with opportunities in hotels, retail, and residential. This role involves leading project teams of 10-15, offering a close-knit environment within a large practice. You will oversee projects from concept to completion, mentoring junior staff.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare concept designs for pitches and competitions
- Coordinate with consultant teams
- Advise clients on project costs and specifications
- Create technical and 3D drawings, visualizations, CAD layouts, and presentation boards
- Manage client expectations and present projects
- Oversee projects and guide junior designers
- Handle cost management and budget planning
- Select finishes, materials, and FF&E
