This is a fantastic opportunity for a creative, detail-oriented designer with 5–8 years’ experience who’s eager to take ownership of projects from concept through to installation, and be part of a collaborative, design-driven studio environment.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and deliver design packages across all project stages — from concept design to construction documentation
- Produce creative conceptual designs (2D, 3D, and hand drawings) for a variety of project types including:
- Boutique hotels, bars, and restaurants
- Luxury residential properties ($2M–$10M)
- Refurbishment, fit-out, and new-build schemes
- Prepare detailed DD and CD drawing sets, schedules, and specifications
- Demonstrate strong space planning, detailing, and FF&E design capabilities
- Liaise directly with clients, consultants, and suppliers to ensure design integrity
- Support project budgets and maintain accuracy and attention to detail throughout each stage
About You
- 5–8 years’ experience within interior design or architecture practices
- Excellent design portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and strong documentation
- Confident in CAD drawing (preferably Vectorworks), Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, and Bluebeam
- Strong FF&E and finishes knowledge, with experience producing specifications and custom furniture drawings
- Ability to manage multiple projects, communicate clearly, and collaborate effectively with internal and external teams
- A proactive mindset, creative approach, and passion for beautiful, functional design
