Candidate Requirements:
- Experience : A minimum of 3-5 years of experience working in high-end residential architecture firms, demonstrating your expertise in this field.
- Proficiency : High-level proficiency in AutoCad, Bluebeam, and the MS Office Suite, enabling you to work efficiently and effectively.
- Design Acumen : Possess a refined design sensibility with a keen eye for detail, ensuring the projects meet the highest standards of quality and aesthetics.
- Project Expertise Traditional Build Knowledge: Able to demonstrate experience within your portfolio.
- Material and Finish Knowledge : Exhibit knowledge of construction materials and finishes, a valuable asset in achieving design excellence.
- Organizational Skills: Demonstrate strong organizational skills, along with excellent problem-solving abilities and design expertise.
- Education: Hold a degree in Architecture, which is a mandatory requirement for this role.
- Communication Skills : Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for coordination and collaboration.
Responsibilities include:
- Project Management: Work on multiple large-scale projects simultaneously, contributing to their success and timely completion.
- Team Coordination : Coordinate with engineering and other technical team members and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Construction Documents: Generate and coordinate complete construction document sets, supervise on-site construction activities, and document site meetings effectively.
