The studio is highly design-oriented, specializing in residential and mixed-use development projects, including both ground-up and adaptive re-use projects.

Minimum requirements for candidates:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in architecture
- 3-6 years of experience in a professional architecture office in NYC
- Creative design skills with the ability to translate designs into drawings
- Strong communication skills with the ability to manage workflow and time effectively
- Understanding of multifamily residential projects within New York City
- Basic knowledge of NYC codes and zoning
- Strong computer skills, including:
- Proficiency in Revit with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience
- Working knowledge of Enscape and SketchUp is an advantage
