Working collaboratively within a team, the Interior Designer will contribute to developing innovative solutions, crafting project designs, and engaging in design charrettes.
This role encompasses various responsibilities, including programming, space planning from small to large scales, and demonstrating proficiency in interior construction detailing, specification coordination, and FF&E specifications.
The Interior Designer will also be tasked with preparing compelling presentations, design drawings, and overseeing construction drawings, along with coordinating all trades pertinent to interior building design.
Key Requirements:
- 5-8 years of professional experience in Healthcare interior design.
- Proficiency in Revit and Adobe suite software.
- Exceptional graphic presentation skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Comprehensive understanding of Building Codes.
- Capacity to multitask effectively and manage time independently.
- Possession of a professional degree in Interior Design.
Preferred Qualifications:
- NCIDQ and LEED accreditation.
- Experience in rendering with Enscape, Lumion, or similar programs.
- Professional background in healthcare design.
