Our client, a well-established and highly regarded architectural practice, is seeking an Interior Architect or Interior Technician to spearhead a diverse pipeline of commercial office fitout CAT A / CAT B schemes.
This role centers around workplace refurbishments and requires a candidate with a proven track record in successfully managing multiple fit-out projects at varying stages.

- Commercial Focus: You will play a pivotal role in delivering a wide range of commercial office fitout projects, covering CAT A and CAT B schemes, contributing to the transformation of workplace environments.

Key Qualifications and Skills:
- Commercial Expertise: A proven track record of working on commercial office fit-out schemes is essential, showcasing your experience in this specialized field.
- AutoCAD and/or Revit: While not essential, proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit is highly desirable, demonstrating your ability to work with industry-standard architectural software.
