This is a senior-level role for someone confident leading internal and external design teams, managing client relationships, and overseeing delivery from concept through to completion.
You’ll be the driving force behind innovative design solutions, project programming, and quality output across both design and technical stages.
You’ll also play a key role in mentoring junior team members, contributing to bids, and managing design risk and resources. Proficiency in Revit, and AutoCAD, is essential.
