- Coordinate with consultants, authorities, and contractors.
- Apply technical skills throughout projects.
- Engage with multiple clients, maintaining strong relationships.
- Enhance the company’s expertise in the data centre sector.
Skills and Experience
- Fully qualified ARB/Part III architect with a minimum of 3 years PQE.
- Proven experience in data centre projects.
- Experience across all project stages, with strong technical skills.
- Proficiency in Revit is essential.
- Strong job running skills, with awareness of project finances and schedules.
- Excellent communication skills and command of English.
