We are on the lookout for a BIM Manager for our client's innovative workplace interior design firm located in central London.
The ideal candidate should possess over 5 years of relevant UK work experience, particularly in Architectural/Interior Design practices, be adept at creating BIM families, have a robust understanding of Revit, and be skilled in training team members on BIM software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and align the BIM Service with the ISO 19650 standards and client-specific procedures.
- Formulate and execute a BIM strategy that aligns with client needs.
- Drive continual improvement and service efficiency.
- Develop solutions by effectively utilizing resources across various functions.
- Deliver professional BIM services to clients, including the production and review of model & asset information, utilizing the right processes, people, and technology.
Position Requirements:
- Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and other software like Enscape.
- Proven leadership or managerial experience in the BIM industry.
- A thorough understanding of BIM standards, particularly ISO19650.
Location:
Central London
Salary Range:
£45,000 to £60,000 (PAYE), dependent on experience.
