Our client is seeking a BIM Manager to drive the transition from traditional CAD practices to a more integrated BIM process.
In this strategic position, you will collaborate closely with senior management to set goals and tactics, guiding the transformation to a Revit platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Leadership: Lead the strategic planning, oversight, and coordination necessary to facilitate the transition to a more integrated BIM process.
  • Collaborative Approach : Work closely with senior management to identify objectives and tactics that will guide the adoption of a Revit platform.
  • Championing Strategy: Take ownership of championing the overall strategy while maintaining the systems for transitioning. This role also includes supporting and training staff and serving as a client-facing representative.

Qualifications and Attributes:
  • Expertise in BIM Software: Demonstrate expert knowledge and practical experience in Autodesk Revit and related BIM software, including Navisworks and the Building Design Suite.
  • Legacy CAD Understanding: Possess a solid understanding of legacy CAD applications and practices, with particular emphasis on Vectorworks (desirable but not essential).
  • Effective Communication: Be an articulate, passionate, and persuasive communicator capable of conveying BIM concepts to professionals at all levels within the organization and to clients.
  • Leadership and Mentoring : Display team leadership skills, including the ability to mentor and train team members.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
