Our client, a leading architecture firm, is currently seeking a talented individual to join their team in a dual role as a BIM Manager and Technical Project Lead.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum four years' professional experience in BIM and Architecture
- Masters degree in Architecture or equivalent
- Experience working on high end Residential developments, including apartments and mews properties
- Excellent proficiency in Revit
- Strong working knowledge of BIM protocols
- Exceptional detail design and construction knowledge
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Confident, approachable, and a strong team player
- Navisworks experience
In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the development and implementation of BIM protocols and systems to support the firm's projects. Additionally, you will contribute to the technical design and delivery of individual projects.
