BIM Coordinator
Residential, Commercial & Data Centre Projects

The role involves supporting the delivery of a wide range of projects, including residential developments, student housing, office schemes, and data centres.
The Role
You will take a leading role in BIM management and coordination, ensuring high-quality digital project delivery across multiple sectors. You will work closely with project teams, providing guidance, mentoring, and support on Revit workflows and BIM standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage BIM processes across residential, commercial, and data centre projects
- Maintain and enforce project BIM standards and protocols
- Support project teams with Revit modelling, clash detection, and data management
- Mentor and guide junior staff in BIM practices
- Ensure clear written and verbal communication within project teams
- Collaborate with design, technical, and client teams to support project delivery
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a BIM Coordinator within a UK architectural practice
- Extensive Revit experience (essential)
- Strong understanding of BIM standards, processes, and workflows
- Excellent team leadership and mentoring skills
- Clear written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience across residential, commercial, and mixed-use schemes preferred
