BIM Coordinator – Major Healthcare Project
My client, a leading AJ100 architectural practice
, is looking for an experienced BIM Coordinator
to join their London team, working on a major, complex UK hospital project
.
This is a hands-on project role coordinating multidisciplinary BIM delivery on a large-scale scheme of 50,000–150,000m²
, with responsibility for model coordination, information management, QA/QC and digital delivery.
What They’re Looking For
- 5+ years’ experience within architecture, design or construction
- Advanced Revit skills
- Strong knowledge of ISO 19650 and EIR requirements
- Experience coordinating large-scale, multidisciplinary BIM projects
- Strong Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) experience
- Experience with Navisworks, Revizto, Solibri or similar
- Confident managing federated models, clash detection and QA/QC
- Strong understanding of CDE and structured information workflows
- Healthcare/hospital experience is highly advantageous
- Excellent communication and attention to detail
