This is a great opportunity to join a collaborative architectural team where BIM plays a central role in project delivery. You’ll support the production of high-quality design and technical information across multiple work stages, ensuring compliance with current UK BIM standards, including the ISO 19650 series.
Key responsibilities include maintaining and coordinating BIM models, assisting with the preparation and management of BIM documentation, and supporting project teams in delivering accurate, well-structured information in line with programme requirements. You’ll also help identify and resolve technical or design issues, while contributing to the ongoing development of BIM processes and standards within the practice.
The ideal candidate will have experience in an architectural environment, particularly on mid to large scale residential and/or commercial projects, with a strong understanding of Revit, BIM workflows, and UK compliance standards. A proactive, organised approach and strong communication skills are essential.
