BIM Coordinator – London Architecture Studio
This is a fantastic opportunity for a BIM professional to lead on multiple projects and drive the studio’s digital delivery forward.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will bring a solid background in BIM coordination, with strong Revit expertise and a deep understanding of BIM workflows. You will take ownership of BIM processes across various projects, support design teams, and uphold high standards in digital design
implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee BIM coordination across several architectural projects
- Manage BIM resources, track project budgets, and ensure timely delivery
- Develop and maintain studio BIM standards, templates, and content libraries
- Deliver training and ongoing BIM support to internal teams
- Conduct clash detection, model audits, and generate issue reports
- Ensure all work aligns with project specifications, studio protocols, and industry regulations
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and external collaborators to maintain coordinated workflows
- Act as the go-to person for all BIM-related technical support and advice
Skills & Experience
- Advanced Revit skills with thorough knowledge of BIM Level 2 standards
- Proven experience in a BIM coordination or digital design role
- Competency in Adobe Creative Suite and digital visualisation tools
- Strong communication, troubleshooting, and team collaboration skills
- Enthusiastic about innovation, technology, and sharing digital knowledge
Salary & Benefits
- £50k – £60k per annum (dependent on experience)
