- Experience as a BIM Coordinator
- Proficiency in Revit
- Experience with medium to large-scale projects, particularly in Infrastructure (UK and Middle East)
- Managing and implementing BIM processes
- Effective communication among stakeholders
- Adhering to BIM standards and protocols
- Resolving clashes and maintaining BIM model consistency
- Developing and executing BIM plans
- Providing BIM training and support
- Managing BIM data and ensuring integrity
- Staying updated on BIM technologies
- Mediating BIM-related conflicts
- Ensuring compliance with BIM standards and regulations
- Documenting BIM processes
- Mitigating BIM risks

Salary:
£45,000 - £58,000 per annum
