Associate / Senior Associate / Associate Director – Architect
My client is an established and expanding architectural practice looking for an experienced Associate, Senior Associate or Associate Director-level Architect to join their growing team.
This is an opportunity to take a senior role delivering genuinely large-scale and technically complex projects, including residential developments of up to 2,500 apartments, 400+ bed hotels and Data centres.
You’ll lead projects and architectural teams while working closely with clients, consultants and contractors across major schemes.
Requirements
- ARB / RIBA Part 3 qualified Architect
- Significant post-qualification experience at Associate level or above
- Proven experience leading large-scale, complex projects
- Strong Revit proficiency – essential
- Experience across multiple RIBA stages
- Strong design, technical and project delivery capabilities
- Excellent knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction
- Confident leading multidisciplinary consultant teams
- Excellent client-facing, communication and presentation skills
- Strong leadership and team management experience
- Commercial awareness and ability to build strong client relationships
- Residential, hospitality, commercial or data centre experience highly advantageous
