This role is ideal for an experienced architect ready to take on a leadership position within a collaborative and forward-thinking studio environment.

The Role

You will play a key leadership role across complex residential projects, contributing from concept through to completion while ensuring design excellence and technical quality are maintained throughout. The position combines project delivery, client engagement, and team leadership responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee the delivery of high-rise and large-scale residential developments

  • Manage projects across all RIBA stages, with a strong focus on technical delivery

  • Act as a primary point of contact for clients and key stakeholders

  • Coordinate multidisciplinary consultant teams

  • Guide project strategy, programme, and design quality

  • Mentor and support junior team members, fostering professional development within the studio

  • Contribute to a collaborative and positive studio culture

Requirements

  • Qualified Architect with ARB registration (ideally)

  • Degree in Architecture or equivalent qualification

  • Minimum 7 years post-Part III (PP3) experience

  • Strong Revit capabilities

  • Proven experience delivering high-rise and large-scale residential projects

  • Strong technical expertise and demonstrable delivery experience

  • A high-quality portfolio showcasing beautifully designed residential work

  • Excellent client-facing experience and confident communication skills

  • Proven team leadership and mentoring experience

  • Strong organisational and coordination abilities
